Comment »The Death of Polaroid
As most retro camera enthusiast will know Polaroid film is no longer being made and the final batches of Polaroid film pass their expiry date on September 30 2009. Although you can’t get the original ‘Polaroid’ film, you can still get some instant camera action, as you can see in the very nice ad above from Lomography.
A website called My Last Polaroid has been set up to commemorate the disappearance of Polaroid film. There’s only a hand full of photos in the gallery so get in there.

Comment »Polarize iPhone App
Polarize is a free app which will magically transform your iPhone camera into a vintage Polariod camera. Well, sort of, it messes about with the colour, puts a slightly dodgy vignette around the image and finally sticks the whole thing in a Polaroid style frame. I’m sure this will upset analogue purists and to be honest the finished result wont fool anyone, but lots of fun none the less.
